- Jack Webb born in Canberra 1873, enlisted World War 1 on 12 January 1916 with the Men from Snowy River, served with the 55th Battalion, killed in action 2 April 1917 Doignies, France. Buried at Le Bucquiere Communal Cemetery Extension, fives miles east of Bapaume, in plot 1, row B, collective grave no. 6.
