Notes
John Mcpherson lived at Duntroon from 1866 to 1890. His family was wife Margaret and daughters Isabelle (born 1864) and Margaret (born 1867). The building was located about 200m south west of the old stables. The photo is professional quality and could possibly have been taken by Henry Beaufoy Merlin in 1870.
