- MJE Steven was to speak at the March meeting on Robert Campbell and the Bligh Rebellion 1808 and a field visit to Sherwood at Uriarra, home of the Phillips family. There is a report on the visit to Throsby Park and Bong Bong and on the name of the Canberra lake. The CDHS committee suggested Lake Griffin. It notes the opening of the Kings Avenue Bridge and the CDHS exhibition at the Tourist Bureau.
