Elizabeth Southwell was born on 6 September 1861, daughter of Thomas and Mary Southwell (wife 2). Married David William Boon, son of David and Mary Ann Boon (nee Plummer) at Parkwood Church on 28 March 1883. Had seven children. Lived at Weetangerra. On Eden Monaro Electoral Roll 1909. Elizabeth died in September 1924.
