- On back is written "Yours (initials) 20/10/14 Canberra". The team colours were blue with a white hoop, blue socks with white top.
- Southwell, Lee, Laverty, Douglas, Edwards and Ayrton all served in the First World War. Southwell was killed in action in 1916.
