- Vera Kitson married Joseph Lyle Blundell at the Canberra Presbyterian Church (now St. Ninian's Uniting Church in Lyneham) in 1912. Her son, Harold Blundell, was the last Blundell born at Blundell's Cottage. The family moved to Illabo and later Weethalle. She died in 1928.
